Service Agreement: a. Doogly acts as a platform connecting dog owners with dog walkers and does not employ the dog walkers directly. b. Dog owners and dog walkers are responsible for their interactions and agree to release Doogly from any liabilities.

Dog Walkers: a. Dog walkers must have the necessary qualifications to perform their services. b. Dog walkers must treat the dogs with care, follow the owner's instructions, and ensure their safety.

Payments: a. Payments for dog walking services will be processed through Doogly's secure payment system. b. Users agree to pay the fees as stated on the platform and acknowledge that Doogly may take a commission from the transaction.

Reviews and Ratings: a. Users may leave reviews and ratings based on their experiences with dog walkers. b. All reviews and ratings should be honest and accurate.

Content Guidelines: a. Users agree not to post any harmful, offensive, or misleading content on Doogly. b. Doogly reserves the right to remove or moderate any content that violates these guidelines.

Termination of Service: a. Doogly may terminate or suspend access to the platform for users who violate these terms and conditions. b. Users can deactivate their accounts at any time.

Data Privacy: a. Doogly collects and processes user data in accordance with its privacy policy. b. By using the platform, users consent to the collection and processing of their data as described in the privacy policy.
